Noteworthy News 9/8

Back to rehearsal greetings to all! Hope everyone had a relaxing Labor Day weekend and break away from things. I am still trying to get my school "sea legs" back under me; many new challenges this school year. Apologies for the silence but that is short-lived as we roll into our busy and exciting fall/holiday NMCC season!

We will head back to rehearsal this Monday, 9/8 at 6:30 PM at HUMC.

We will be passing out folders and the first wave of music. I will also be sharing a link this coming week for where you can find your rehearsal tracks and recordings!

With that said, just a friendly reminder that dues should be paid by 9/15. Thank you for understanding that collecting payment now rather than later, helps us with our start of season expenses such as music purchasing!

One of my immediate rehearsal goals is to be sure we have balanced voice part sections before we get too far down the road with our music. We seem to be short on bass/baritones so please spread the word if you know someone who should be singing with us! We are also still a little heavy in alto-land so again, please consider moving to soprano 2 if possible. Thanks!
